You can apply for a Return or Exchange within 7 days of your purchase

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange maximum within a week of receiving the returned goods. 

Change of Mind is not applicable 

NOTE: We will pay the courier charges if there is a genuine fault with the product. 

Customer will pay the courier charges if he/she does not likes the product for some reason and wants to get it changed or get a refund.

Items must be unused, in proper packing and in saleable condition for a return to be acceptable.

The exchange depends on the availability of stock at that moment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

Go to your local courier and send us the package.

1. Take a picture of the defective part of the item

2. Pack the item back in the original packing

3. Email us at [info@hrcustomize.com] the picture of the defective part and let us know that you want to return or exchange

4. Go to your local courier and send us the package

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. In the case of bank transfer, please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.

Note: Delivery charges will not be refunded if the customer is not satisfied with the product. Delivery charges for orders less than 1500 PKR are Rs. 199, whereas delivery charges on orders above 1500 PKR are Rs. 250.
